Cumberland, R.I. (Jan. 8, 2009) – ION (ionaudio.com), a leader in consumer audio and entertainment technology, introduces TUNE ROCKER, a desktop speaker system with built-in dock for iPod. TUNE ROCKER is a pair of stereo speakers with excellent acoustic properties, designed in collaboration with the renowned audio innovators at Alesis. In addition to delivering quality stereo sound, TUNE ROCKER’s on-board Universal Dock for iPod enables users to play their iPod through the speakers, charge their iPod and sync it with their iTunes music library.
In addition to the Universal Dock for iPod, TUNE ROCKER speakers feature audio inputs, enabling users to connect a guitar, keyboard, CD player or other device directly to the speakers and record into their computer with no additional interfaces or connection boxes.
